Returns & Refunds

Kuckreja strives to provide a simple, quick and fair returns policy to our customers. For Returns/Refunds please use the following steps:

Drop us an email or fill in the form below stating the reason for return / refund.

Arrange Item Return

Following that make your own arrangements to return the item(s) to us through any postal carrier. If the mistake is ours, Kuckreja will bear the costs of the postal carrier. Nobody likes losing things, and as such we cannot be responsible for any returned packages that are lost in
transit, we strongly recommend for you
to use trackable post/courier.

Inspect And Process

Once we receive your parcel, we will inspect and process your return request to ensure that you are served as quickly as possible. Our warehouse team will determine if the product qualifies for a return / refund / exchange. An email will also be sent out notifying you of the next action we will
take.

Important Notes

Refunds Any items which are out of stock and have been paid for and immediate refund will be issued.

Cancellations Orders which have been paid for but wish to be cancelled – as long as Kuckreja is emailed at info@kuckrejas.com within 2 hours – we can issue you a full refund. However, if an order has already been packed and shipped we are unable to offer you a full refund.

Returns You have 7 (Seven) days from the date you receive your purchase (based on shipment tracking) Please note that any item returned must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed (this includes the item in its original packaging) and it is very important that no tags or labels are removed. Any item not bearing our label or in an unsuitable condition will be returned to you with an email notifying you of our decision. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. We may not offer refunds for items returned and give out the equivilant store credit instead, or a similiar product alternative.

International Returns Kuckreja will not be liable for shipping / courier charges or import taxes / duties for Exchanges or Returns outside of Malaysia.

All sales/promotional items and purchases made with discount coupons are final and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
